Whether you are a beginner or have logged a few decades on the mat, Lynn will help you get to a new level in your practice.
Having operated over 10 highly successful and well-known yoga studios— and been involved in hundreds of yoga studios worldwide this is a class not to miss. Lynn has been teaching for over 35 years and she was among the first to be trained as a judge for the inaugural Bishnu Ghosh Hatha Yoga Competition. She travels year-round to lead workshops, masterclasses, judge competitions and share her decades of experience with yoga communities around the planet. In this class you will learn what to do when you can’t do what you’re told to do, address working safely thru physical injuries or health conditions and ask questions to personalize your methods.
To understand yin yoga you have to experience it. We hold a short number of postures over an hour time to open not just the physical body, but also the subtle body. We use props to aid in the relaxation during each pose while letting the stillness bring you to a deeper state of consciousness while opening the body. We don't use the body to get into a pose, we use the pose to get into our body. See you Sunday.
