Trust the process

We are excited to announce, the teacher training is in progress. In collaboration with the e84 team, Original Hot Yoga  (26&2) teacher certification program officially kicked off on October 22! The trainees are working hard to be well suited for the three week immersion at Humboldt Yoga beginning January 22-February 11, 2023. 

We can't wait to support the trainees from near and far, and hope that you too will join us for classes during this time. We will be extending our hours and class offerings in early 2023 and hope that you will share our unique space at Humboldt Yoga with friends and family as a place for transformative growth. Our culture is one that supports each other on the path self-realization. Our community honors the unique and diverse spirits of each and everyone who enters as we all are striving to keep the vibration high and create a loving environment for ALL to live, learn, grow and ultimately thrive. 

Back in Humboldt for the first time in 4 years, Lynn Whitlow will be teaching a 3 hr Masterclass with an opportunity for questions and answers at Humboldt Yoga. If you want to take your practice to another level, feel energized and excited in your practice I cannot recommend this event enough! 

Lynn has been teaching over 35 years and has owned and operated several tremendously successful Bikram Yoga schools in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the popular and eclectic Funky Door Yoga and Yoga Hell chains. Lynn traveled to India to study with the Iyengars, and early in her teaching career Bikram granted her permission to conduct seminars and workshops; a privilege that is rarely extended. Her no-nonsense, concise, and methodical teaching style make Lynn unique. Often referred to as the “teacher’s teacher,” her strengths are multifaceted. 

She is able to lay a solid foundation for the raw beginner, guide the injured, develop intermediate students and both challenge and inspire the most seasoned of advanced students.
