Beginner Yoga — Classic 26 & 2 Sequence
Also known as the Classic 26 & 2, this is one of the most widely practiced styles of yoga in the world. The sequence includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, always practiced in the same order to provide consistency and allow students of all levels to track their progress over time.
The room is heated to 105°F (40°C) to safely relieve muscle resistance and reduce the risk of injury. By the end of class, you will have engaged every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ, and gland, while circulating fresh, oxygenated blood throughout the entire body.
Please bring a mat, towel, and water bottle. Rentals and purchase options are available at the studio.

Intermediate Ghosh Lineage Yoga
Building on the foundation of the Beginner’s 26 & 2 Series, this class introduces salutations, inversions, hip openers, and arm balances to challenge students in new ways and keep their practice fresh through continuous learning.
The room is set at a slightly cooler 103°F, as students move more quickly from posture to posture, generating their own internal heat.
Designed for every body, this class welcomes any yogi ready to explore new movements and give their best effort.
Please bring a mat, towel, and water bottle. Rentals and purchase options are available at the studio.

Ghosh & Ashtanga Fusion Yoga
This class blends the traditions of Ghosh and Ashtanga yoga, incorporating vinyasa flow, salutations, inversions, and arm balances. Designed for every body—regardless of age, gender, size, or background—it offers an opportunity to practice unity and connection through movement.
Whether you are brand new to yoga or a daily practitioner, you’ll find a spicy flow that challenges and inspires. The room is warmed to 90°F, with a quicker pace than our classic hot yoga, encouraging students to build internal heat and cultivate self-realization.
Through learning to love ourselves, we open the door to compassion for all living beings.

Yin Yoga works more deeply than the superficial muscular (yang) tissues by targeting the connective tissues—ligaments, bones, and joints—that are often overlooked in more active yoga practices. This slower, meditative style emphasizes longer holds and gentle stress on the body’s deeper layers, particularly in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
As a complement to dynamic, heat-building yoga styles, Yin offers balance, release, and restoration.
This class will be offered as pop-ups, so please check our weekly schedule for availability. Props such as blocks and bolsters are encouraged and available for purchase at the studio.
