Stephanie Klein
In 2008, I started my Bikram yoga practice in Baltimore Maryland while attending my first Masters of Science program at the John's Hopkins University in pursuit of an Environmental Science and Policy degree with a focus on ecological management. After my first 90 minute hot class I knew this was the practice was for me; this is when my path towards self-realization as a life long study using yoga began. In the spring of 2015, I attended the Bikram Teacher Training in Thailand. After training I began teaching part time in the pacific north west and abroad (Humboldt CA, Sonoma CA, Bend, OR, and Mexico) while working as a full time environmental consultant.
Shortly after I started teaching I noticed the best way for me to translate environmental stewardship was to assist others in making better personal health decisions. Leaning on the philosophy that once we are in tune and make proper choices for ourselves, we can then be prepared to make better outward choices for our families, community and environment. In 2018, I opened the doors to Humboldt Yoga. Today I continue with my passions of teaching public and private yoga classes while pursuing environmental consulting on the side.
Most recently I am in the process of a mediation certification with the Chopra Organization. This certification focuses in Primordial Sound Meditation and daily techniques for cultivating a happy, joyful and harmonious life while facing the conflicts of todays modern era.

Zenec Harris
Zenecs journey with yoga began in May of 2019 when he took his first class at Humboldt Yoga. After just one class he knew that the yoga had tremendous benefits to offer. As his practice continued he found the benefits to be greater than imagined. Weightless, flexibility, increased strength, better sleep habits, and a healthier diet seemed to fall into place naturally. The yoga practice has also deepened Zenecs sense of connection to himself, his community, and the planet we all call home. In 2021 he participated in an online 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training led by Bernie Clark through Yoga International. The positive impacts of practicing yoga have been so abundant that from November 2021 to May 2022 he’ll be participating in a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified 26&2 Teacher Training Program, led by Esak Garcia and the e84 Teacher Training Program. With this foundation of knowledge he looks forward to sharing this amazing practice with others for years to come. In the meantime, you can take his yin yoga class or say hi while he's helping manage the studio.
