Phyllis Barba has been practicing various styles of yoga for the last 20 years including the classic 26&2 hoy yoga style. After dealing with injuries she began a restorative home practice with an emphasis on holding postures longer. As a result she began to improve in her mobility and flexibility while recovering from her injuries. Phyllis then invested time to complete a Gravity Yoga certification (25-hr) , which merges mobility and flexibility training into one. Phyllis is certified through Yoga Alliance and the American Council of Exercise. She has earned two 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificates. When not in the yoga room you find her in a trapeze, as she also has acquired a 50 hour Trapeze Yoga Certificate.
